Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario – April 1, 2006 - Software Innovation today announced that Ray Simonson has been appointed CEO. Mr. Simonson previously held the post of CTO and will continue to manage the overall technology direction of the Coreworx solution suite in addition to his new responsibilities as CEO.
Departing CEO Randall Howard will continue to serve on the Software Innovation Board and be engaged in strategic initiatives. He continues as General Partner at Verdexus (www.verdexus.com).
