StarHub Selects Sandvine to Deploy End-to-End PacketCable MultiMedia Solution
World’s first commercial PCMM deployment
Waterloo, Ontario, April 10, 2006 – Sandvine Incorporated, a leading provider of intelligent broadband network solutions today announced that StarHub (SGX-ST), the leading residential broadband provider in Singapore, has selected Sandvine’s PacketCable MultiMediaTM (PCMM) solution to enhance its residential broadband service.
Through PCMM, StarHub is able to provide a better experience for their customers with improved Quality of Service (QoS), particularly in the area of online gaming. In addition, StarHub will deploy Sandvine's award-winning Network Integrity solution to step up its efforts to protect against a broad range of security threats over its network.
